So I was Fat. Currently residing somewhere in P.H.A.T.ville. Now heading toward being Fit. This is a blog that I've created to keep myself honest, share my story and possibly inspire others along the way. It has been a LONG time coming, but now it's time to finalize the last leg of this trip.
